Needed a workout, so I stopped by PF LA Downtown to grab a day pass. Henry at reception was awesome—friendly and super helpful! Great session. Breakfast, here I come. Thanks, team!

Greetings Reader, In This Review, Multiple Matters Will Be Mention Regarding The Overall Quality of Planet Fitness At Downtown Los Angeles,CA. It's Important To Be Transparent, There Is Space For Improvement(Which They Are Resolving A.S.A.P.) In My Opinion It's A Useful Gym For Simple/Basic Needs For Your Regimen With Plenty Space In Main Areas. The Highlight Of This Planet Fitness, Is Yet To Unfold Individually As A Personal Experience. Here's Mine To Read... The Staff From Entry To Upper Management Are An Outstanding Performing Team. I'm Giving Andrea & Her Team Of Associates The Acknowledgement They Deserve Recognition For. Their Performance Is Harmonies To Make The Encounter Welcoming And Receptive. It's An Imprint Not Easily Found Everywhere. They Are Attentive To Your Concerns And Questions, While Also Capable Of Accommodating A Solution For Your Satisfaction. Also A Reminder, We Are Getting New Equipment This Coming 2025 Fall. First time at this location (besides the parking situation) it was a great experience. I don't want to put personal names here but the 2 ladies that closed tonight 12/6 are amazing. Their customer service and ability to attend was 10 out of 10. Will come back again.

The black card membership is very affordable and the place has an upstairs and downstairs workout facility and has a lot of different exercise equipment and even has locker rooms and a after workout spa for black card members. Definitely worth it

As a Black Card member, I found this location spacious with enough machines for a small city—well kept and generally clean. However, the women’s showers were disappointing—dull, mildewy, and not well maintained. Standing barefoot on the grimy tiles made the experience unpleasant.
