I've taken four classes at this Pilates studio, including the trial sessions, and I highly recommend this place! This was my first time trying a reformer Pilates class, and it was much more challenging than I expected—but in the best way. The instructor, Jisoo, is incredibly passionate and professional. She started by checking my posture and body alignment, and right away identified the areas I needed to work on. During every movement, she carefully explains how to do it properly, making sure I’m doing it right and getting the most out of each session. After just four classes, I’ve already noticed a huge difference—I no longer get lower back pain! The studio itself is super clean, bright, and well maintained. I’m starting to love reformer Pilates, and if you’re thinking about trying it, this is the place to start!

I started taking pilates classes with Jisoo last December, just a few months after giving birth to my son. Postpartum, I had upper back and shoulder pain and other aches that were not going away. I also wanted to get rid of my neck hump and fix my posture which got very bad during COVID era. In just a few months, my posture has noticeably improved, my pain has greatly reduced, and I’ve built strength in muscles I didn’t know I had. Jisoo is incredible—she is attentive and encouraging. She really builds on the classes and fine tunes each lesson to meet my needs. Beyond the physical changes, Pilates with Jisoo has been a huge help for my postpartum recovery, both mentally and physically. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and detail-oriented instructor who will truly invest in your progress, I can’t recommend Jisoo enough.

Clean, well maintained and luminous pilates studio. I took classes once a week with Ji-soo for 10 months. She's knowledgeable, super friendly and adaptable. I came to class with an injured finger and then with a knee challenge. She personalized some exercises for me without disturbing the good flow of the class for the other participants.

Clean and beautiful studio with very professional instructors. Atmosphere is very welcoming and it seems like all the instructors are professionally trained not only for pilates but also for anatomy. They even equipped with high frequency/ cool massage machine for you to relax your mussels after a lesson! They really knew what they were doing. Highly highly recommended!
