We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back again. We came for a friend’s child’s birthday celebration and everything was great. The atmosphere was fun, organized, and perfect for the kids. Arthur, the manager, was especially helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly. He was very attentive, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure everyone was having a good time. Overall it was a great experience and I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone looking for a fun place to celebrate a birthday or spend time with family and friends.

Brought my daughters here for a pop up birthday outing. They LOVED IT! So many things to do from arcade games to rock climbing. Not to mention their options for in house & out house food/ beverages. Thank you to Natalie for being so sweet to my girls. Along with the awesome manager Arthur. We will be back ☺️

Our kids love the place. We celebrated a couple of their birthdays here. They offer great variety of things that make kids happy : trampolines, arcades, rock climbing, The room is yours for all the duration, so you have time to decorate and chat with parents. Also, some rooms have dance floor with light music. Overall, it’s a wonderful place for a party!

Great place for kids, teens and adults alike. It’s a large warehouse style play place with mini games, claw arcade choices, and a couple thrill picks like the bumper cars, wall climbing, and high wire rope walk. There are different prices for amount of time that you will stay here which has gotten bad reviews. They have a large trampoline jump and play experience that the younger kids really love. We came for a birthday party and it was our first time here. I noticed a lot of bad reviews, but this was our experience. Personally, I think some people complain too much and I bet they never give good reviews. Anyway, it’s really not that cheap so just be prepared. You have to load up the card to play the games with the amount you would like. It does go fast though so I recommend coming in on the special days - crazy Tuesday is 50% off and Wednesdays and Fridays also have specials.Check out the website for more info. They have multiple rooms for parties are probably priced depending on their size. The one I went to was the largest party room with a disco floor and they also hired a Disney character for the party. The area does seem safe, although the empty lots next to it have a lot of graffiti on the abandoned warehouse walls of the adjacent buildings. I went on a Saturday, it was pretty crowded. But worth a try if you’re in the area.

I really wanted to like this place but... I've been here twice for 2 birthday parties and each time there's been a deal-breaker issue. First time myself and another party guest waited over 40 minutes for them to make one personal pizza and a churro. Mind you the birthday parties are only 2 hours total. No apology, discount or time extension, just a rude manager who didn't seem to care. Second time I had two separate employees harass me about video taping my kid in the trampoline because I had my belongings strapped tightly to me in a bag. They insisted I leave my personal items (wallet, car keys, credit cards) in a cubby OUT IN THE OPEN or pay more money for a locker on the other side of the venue. This is after I paid out of pocket for the remaining 15 mins of a birthday party that they should have honored as part of the party. So after paying to get a few minutes of my kid in the trampoline, these two harassed me even after I said I just wanted a few mins of video to wrap out the birthday party. Ultimately I just decided to leave (now with an upset child) and vowed to NEVER COME BACK. Dealbreakers: 1 - Certain employees are so rude it's indefensible. 2 - The entire 'pay-for-time' pricing ends up way too expensive considering all the ways the time gets wasted in things other than play. It's shame because the pizza is actually pretty good and when you're not being hassled you can have fun here, but there are way better places to spend the same or less and have a better, less stressful time. Don't waste your time or money here.
