KORE PILATES offers both gym and Pilates studio disciplines with a team of nine certified Pilates instructors, each bringing distinct training backgrounds including Stott Pilates, Pilates Sports Center, The Lab program, BASI Pilates, Balanced Body, and Barre Body AU certifications. This diversity allows for a wide range of teaching styles and approaches, from classical to contemporary methods. As a girl who's on the heavier side, Pilates has always been intimidating. However my experience here has made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. I did my demo class with Crystal who really took the time to show me the ropes and help me know the inclusive history behind Pilates! I also did a regular class with her after to see how the information from the demo applied to a regular class and if it was a good form of exercise for me. Crystal really took the time to help me and she even gave me different exercises during the class that accommodated for my knee injury. I felt very seen, safe, and accepted. She was the one who made me want to get a membership because she was so welcoming and everything a teacher should be. I can really appreciate the management too. Though it was a brief interaction during the end of my class, they were so happy and welcoming as well. You can tell that this is a small business that really cares about what they're doing. It's always really enlightening to see. If you feel like you're nervous about Pilates because of the environment, then have no fear because everyone is welcoming here! 10/10.

I was very hesitant to do Pilates as a beginner, but thy offered a demo class and it I reeked it first for a month. I could not help but keep coming back for Crystal’s classes as she makes for a good and fun environment and offers progression based on skill. Allows me to keep an exercise schedule weekly. She has me coming back and hooked, that I increase my membership. Really love everyone that works there, all are very sweet.

Great variety of instructors - all so different and provide a wide range of style. Ambience of instructors and class members is so warm and welcoming. Many time slots for morning/early afternoon/evening classes. Reformer with towers are so fun and different from just the reformer itself. Studio is so clean and spacious. Free parking with validation inside a huge parking lot. Pop downstairs to H Mart and go grocery shopping after.

The absolute best Pilates experience I have had. I have been a client of Crystal’s for over two years…followed her to current location and the atmosphere is wonderful.

Definitely recommend this Pilates studio. The location for me is perfect, and I appreciate that each instructor that I’ve taken a class with has made it their own. I started doing Pilates at this studio and I feel they’ve really made me a Pilates convert. I have no interest in looking for another studio, and will be coming here as long as I’m in Koreatown! I am leaving this review both to share some praise for Kore Pilates, as well as to share feedback: - I wish there were more classes for beginners. Only having 1 on Saturday and 1 on Sunday is limiting. Actually more classes on the weekend in general, I would love a mid day class on Sunday. - On the same note, I have had an experience a few times now where I sign up for a beginners class, the instructor notices that most students have taken a class before, proceeds to ramp up the difficulty. Sometimes I join the beginner class just to focus on technique (and so I’m not sore the next day).
