Great community. Kevin is an amazing coach. When I first started, my left shoulder mobility was terrible (couldn't lift it beyond shoulder level) and I had back pain. I'm now able to things I never would have thought possible (lifts, pull-ups, even handstands [sometimes]). Just an overall great community. Excited to keep training with them for my first hyrox.

K2 has been my community for the last 5 years and it’s such an amazing place to work out, hang out, make friends and feel like you have a place in the city to go to when you’re bored, tired, stressed, anxious, happy or sad. Working out here is my catharsis and playground. I highly recommend getting to know the people there because it’s fun! You also get a heck of a workout and everyone who has come here consistently has become way fitter than their past selves. Guaranteed.

Since I joined K2 CrossFit I had an amazing & positive lifestyle transformation. I learned more about exercising and how to scaled properly according to my limitations. I was able to lose weight and learn a lot about nutrition by joining the body fat challenge that happens ones a year. I felt inspired by members and coaches that motivate us to be consistent and get 1% better everyday The benefits went above improving fitness & overall health - it helped me to increase my confidence at work, visit amazing places in the world and meet people that share similar goals and mindset . I've been coming to K2 since 2021. It's a great gym; I love the coaches - knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, and always emphasizing forms and techniques over adding weight. The members here are lovely, supportive, and friendly. The gym has all the equipment you need for your fitness journey. I highly recommend it.

During my trip to LA I had the chance to train at K2 as a Drop-In. The team gave me an incredibly warm welcome and enriched my vacation with really wonderful memories. I had some great workouts and was so thankful, that I was able to hold up my routine. Thank you so much for the warm welcome, for all the C2B Pullups and T2B, your motivating words, for letting me get to know you and especially for your birthday serenade! 💛 You guys were the best!
