I joined never having done CrossFit before and coach Mike worked with me on my form and was always encouraging. The workouts are intense but you always work at your level. It’s a great time and I always leave more energized than when I arrived.

I’ve been a member of five different CrossFit gyms during my fitness journey, and CrossFit Inglewood is by far the most down-to-earth. The community here is amazing—just a bunch of genuinely nice people who truly understand that health is wealth and now is the time to invest in their future. The coaches are supportive, the workouts are challenging yet approachable, and the overall vibe makes you look forward to showing up. I can’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking for a gym that feels like home while helping you become your best self.

When I first came in, my goal was to lose the postpartum weight. I didn’t expect to find so much more. In just a short amount of time I have found a supportive coach who encourages me,teaxhes me proper form and helps modify workouts so I can succeed at my own pace. I’ve found an amazing community that celebrates every win, cheers each other on, and pushes me to grow. What started as a journey to lose weight has turned into a love for building a stronger, healthier body and a place I look forward to showing up every day!

Upon my first day Mike was very encouraging, even the other members which made me want to sign up. I would recommend anyone who wants to make a difference in their overall health and who enjoys a challenge to give it a try!!
