reviewsWhat Members Say
Members praise IconFit for offering an Equinox-like experience at about one-third the price, with friendly staff, clean facilities, and newer equipment being consistently added. They appreciate the less crowded environment, comfortable lighting, and convenient amenities like towel service, filtered water stations, and complimentary underground parking. However, several note recurring issues with the steam room being out of order or not reaching proper temperatures, along with cleanliness concerns in men's restrooms and occasional equipment maintenance needs. Some wish for more varied class schedules and stricter enforcement of rules like no shoes in the sauna.

This has to be one of the best gyms on the west side. Clean, maintained and has the Equinox feel without the high prices. Membership is one third the proce of Equinox. Staff is really friendly. Highly recommend.

IconFit has been an amazing gym. I was only able to workout there for about 4-5 months, but during that time they were consistently adding newer equipment. It was never too crowded and always kept clean. The locker room, sauna, and showers were always clean as well. The front desk and the membership team were always nice and helpful. I was forced to cancel my membership due to a change in my work location, and they were extremely accommodating. Highly recommend!

Overall this Gym is great, amenities is okay. Steam room is not the cleanest and doesn’t always work. Sauna is very nice, but I saw someone come in with shoes on which is a big no. Towel service is amazing. For the price, they should do a little better and be more strict when it comes to wearing shoes in the sauna.

If I were evaluating solely based on the fitness facility itself, I would likely give a higher rating. However, the sauna and steam room were important parts of my visit, and both fell short of expectations. The hot tub appears well-maintained and would likely appeal to those who enjoy it, but neither the sauna nor steam room reached a notably high temperature. Several members also mentioned that the steam room has had recurring issues over time. The locker room seems as though it was impressive when first opened, but now feels somewhat dated and worn. A small design improvement, such as separating shoes from clothing in the lockers, would go a long way. Guests should also be prepared to bring their own padlock, and possibly two if they prefer to store shoes separately or are carrying a larger bag. The cold plunge was a highlight. It appeared clean, and at 44 degrees offers the benefits many people look for in cold-therapy options. The club clearly aims to offer amenities comparable to higher-end gyms like Equinox, including towel service and a solid range of features. While they do meet these standards on paper, the overall experience does not feel quite as polished or modern. On the positive side, the gym feels noticeably less crowded, even during typical peak hours. The class schedule seemed somewhat limited and a bit generic, with less variation than expected. That said, I appreciated the gym’s lighting, which creates a comfortable atmosphere, as well as the large windows that bring in plenty of natural light. The shared lobby area is also visually appealing and creates a strong first impression. Three hours of complimentary parking (two on weekends) in the underground garage below the gym is a significant convenience. The filtered water stations are another thoughtful touch and appear to be of good quality. Overall, the membership pricing is reasonable, though not exceptional. It may be a great fit for those who value a quieter environment and a full suite of amenities, even if everything isn’t top-of-the-line.

This gym prides it self as a gym like Equinox. But for the price and the annual amenities fee it should be cleaner and the equipment needs to be fixed and tuned up more. The mens restrooms smells like pee and there is always a puddle at your feet, the mens steam room is always out of order and dirty or the door is broken. This is tho a step up from 24 hour fitness and la fitness, and the people that work there are great! They have since put in all new cardio equipment that is great too see
