I have gone to this gym for almost a year and it has exceeded all my expectations. The classes were the perfect size and it was a good mix between individual attention and group workouts. Coaches are great and experienced trainers.

if your looking for a good workout in a friendly environment this place is the best!! Hybrid House gym have everything to prepare you for your future Spartan and crossfit competition. Well qualified people will teach you how to give the best of you! If your a beginner and you whant to try something new, you will have the best help and support from the Coaches that will take their time to explain and make sure you'll learn the right way and minimize the possibility of injuries. Even though is a hard workout you will end up liking it and will came back for more 😜 🤗 🥰

I’ve been at Hybrid House since Oct 2019 and I can’t imagine my life without it. The community is so encouraging, the classes push me, and the coaches are phenomenal! I also love Timmie, the owner. She truly cares about each member and is always striving to make the gym better. Both locations offer a variety of classes, and they are very intentionally programmed by the coaches so that you can measure your results and see how you’ve grown over the 12 week cycle. I also love how the classes are capped at 10 people so you get a lot of one on one attention from the coaches in regards to your form. I also love that they encourage you to compete in things you never thought you’d be able to do- like Hyrox, Spartans, etc. One of my favorite classes is Run Club!

This gym is so amazing!! I’m not even sure where to start. The workouts are awesome!! They will definitely push you to your own limits. The best part is whether your limits are beginner or advanced you are pushed to that level. And if you’re a beginner there is no need to feel intimidated. The coaches, as well as the other members with more experience, are always there for you. I have learned to do so many things that I never thought I would be able to do. I can climb a rope!!! I can carry a keg over my head, I can climb over a wall, I can deadlift with proper form, I can run faster than I ever imagined, I can make it across monkey bars, I could go on and on but I think you get my point!! My finally point I’d like to make is about the community! The people at this gym have all become my family. We help each other, we encourage each other, we high five each other, we laugh at and with each other, and we welcome anyone and everyone to join our craziness!! Come at 5am and you can join the vampire crew!

Hybrid House is amazing! Wide variety of training, from running to Olympic lifting. If you want to stare in the mirror while curling dumbbells, stick to the big box gyms. If you want to get gritty, strong and fast, let the HH coaches show you the way!
