PRISTINE STUDIO, EVEN BETTER TRAINERS! I have tried them all via Class Pass and other apps, and I absolutely love this Pilates studio the best because the workouts change often enough, the place is not gimmicky, and a lot of my mates in class have come long enough to be level 3s & 4s so I feel encouraged I can do it too. This area is fast growing and I enjoy driving 1-2 min to get a bite or a sip after. Brett is my favorite trainer so far. Very hospitable & lovingly tough. I’m comfortable with his adjustments & I love his music taste.

My 1st class was great! Our instructor Brett was amazing! The atmosphere was perfect and the playlist was top notch! Although I've never taken a pilates class, I felt at home. The moves were a bit challenging but Brett was very encouraging. Thank you for providing this space. I will be back!

I want to love this place - it has great music and potential! I've been to this studio five times. The quality of instruction has been a consistent issue. I've had four different instructors, and most have been poor at both explaining and demonstrating exercises. There is a noticeable lack of form correction, which is crucial for safety and effectiveness in pilates. I've seen other clients looking around confused throughout class, and I often feel lost myself. My most recent class was particularly disappointing, as the instructor ate a snack throughout the session and even gave instructions while sitting at the front desk and eating. For the price, I expect and need more hands-on guidance. With better instruction, this studio could be amazing
