This review is long overdue. I’ve always loved working out, but lifting was never my thing - and somehow High Voltage changed that. I stuck with it for over a year and genuinely grew stronger in ways I didn’t expect. The programming is thoughtful, challenging, and always engaging. Coach Andrew does a great job keeping things fresh and motivating for every individual. The coaches are kind, patient, and encouraging, and every class feels welcoming no matter your level. I no longer attend regularly due to my schedules, but I still consider High Voltage my home gym. It’s built on truly amazing people and a warm community.

I dropped in for a few classes while on vacation and had a great experience. The owner was super friendly and accommodating, made the check-in process easy, and went out of the way to make me feel welcome from day one. Equipment was well maintained, drop in fee was reasonable, and programming was balanced and challenging but accessible for all levels. Overall, a very solid place to train if you’re traveling or just looking for a supportive gym. I’d definitely drop in again next time I’m in town.

I feel like one of the owners, Rachel, says she’s an “accidental gym owner” and I feel like I’m an “accidental gym member.” I randomly met Rachel on a social media site and she invited me to try a class at HV. “Move more” was on my agenda, but “join gym” wasn’t really on my 2026 Bingo card. However, the coach in class was so helpful and accommodating to me (haven’t worked out in years, 51) and Rachel and Andrew were so kind, I signed up! I got a minor injury during class 6 and everyone was super supportive. It was a fluke thing and I’m fine, but it was obvious they all care about the well being of their members. Everyone has been friendly and helpful all around and I’m happy to have found them! If working out scares/intimidates you, this is the place to be!

This gym is a gem for people looking for trainers and owners that cater towards your needs and support you at any fitness level! They single handily got my motivation back and I thank them every day (whether they know it or not) for that push. Give them a try and after one visit, you’ll be hooked 💪
