The studio is gorgeous and clean with only 4 reformers so you get plenty of attention every time. Tara Abadi is the best fitness instructor I’ve had **by far** and I’ve had a few personal trainers. Her approach is so holistic with a physical therapist’s attention to form. Seriously, I told her about some shoulder pain once and she explained why and fixed my form and I haven't felt the pain since. I feel so at peace leaving her class (and sometimes sore AF). You can tell Tara has a passion for teaching, she’s always locked in and intuitively adjusting her workouts to better fit her students abilities and needs for that day. In ~ 10 of her classes (w supplementary workouts) I feel like my body has transformed in a way that is lean and super toned (pic of my jacked arm to prove it!), something I just never could achieve w Barry's/running weightlifting. This is the first time Classpass has worked in the way it should — introducing me to a great local studio so that I buy class packs directly and support!

I recently took a class here and I have to say it was a fantastic experience! Courtney was wonderful—very knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. She took the time to explain each movement. The studio itself was clean, welcoming, and well-equipped!

I’ve been taking private lessons here since the studio opened and I could not be more happy with my experience. The studio is gorgeous and has a very warm & cozy vibe. Always smells amazing! The owner and instructor Caroline has been instrumental in my health journey recovering from multiple surgeries last year. She is incredibly accommodating, supportive, and encouraging! Make sure to leave extra time for parking as it can be quite competitive on street cleaning days!

If you are looking for a smaller class that feels like a private Good Bones is a MUST. It’s a chic studio and Caroline is the best she will teach you proper form and always keep you improving (all while making sure you can’t walk out the door without shaking). Out of all the years I’ve taken Pilates on and off this is the only class where I have been able to go from “beginner” to “expert”. Not to mention being in the best shape of my life because of Caroline and I only go once a week!
