I can confidently recommend Christina and her Pilates studio. I started going because my hips were extremely tight — I had constant stiffness in the front of my hips and lower back. The one-on-one attention made such a difference. She focused on my form, helped me strengthen my glutes, core, and improve mobility. After a few weeks, I noticed my flexibility improved, I am moving more comfortably, and not feeling that constant soreness in my hips. The personalized approach made all the difference for me and for my mobility.

Christina is the best!! I’ve been attending her Pilates work outs for almost a year now. Being a man in my late 50’s this was a bit of a challenge and refocus for me. From the beginning, Christina tailored my approach to this type of work out in every way. It not only made me more comfortable and confident but gave me great results faster than I expected. I can’t recommend her enough!! My Pilates guru!!

A friend of mine highly recommended Christina for private classes and I have been so happy with her. I appreciate the one on one attention and her focus on making sure my form is correct while doing the workout. I’ve notice a tremendous difference in my strength, flexibility and posture. I recently started taking my daughter to do duet classes which has been really great! It’s fun to have a partner to workout with.

I’ve been coming to this Pilates studio for the past five months, and I’ve never felt better. Christina has completely transformed the way I move and carry myself, my posture has improved, my ankles are stronger, and even my daily walks feel more aligned. My biggest issue has always been my neck, and Christina thoughtfully customizes each class with modifications and props to strengthen it safely without further injury. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to my needs. Since starting Pilates with Christina, my body has transformed, and I’m much more aware of how I move in everyday life. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for personalized and effective Pilates instruction.

Christina is a great Pilates teacher! You can really tell she spends time putting together workouts that are catered to you and your specific fitness goals, and I really appreciate that in a one-on-one setting. She’s also very attentive: if you’re struggling in certain areas she’s quick to break down why and how to modify moves for any pain/discomfort and how to focus on problem areas in the future. I’m a bit on the shyer/reserved side but Christina always makes me feel comfortable and motivated to do better and try more in Pilates!
