As someone who does not fit the typical "Pilates body" stereotype, I’ll admit I was really intimidated to start Pilates. I worried I wouldn’t be able to keep up or that I’d feel out of place. But FIT Pilates completely changed that for me. The instructor Nancie, is incredibly supportive and focused on making sure you’re truly connecting with each movement—no matter your size, shape, or experience level. That focus has helped me build better form, confidence, and mind-body awareness. The studio itself is absolutely gorgeous—clean, calming, and so welcoming.
