F45 Studio City is a great place to train if you’re looking for workouts that keep things interesting. I really appreciate the variety of strength and resistance training classes which keep you challenged and prevent the routine from ever feeling repetitive. Every class feels well-structured and high energy. The trainers are one of the best parts of this gym. They’re knowledgeable, personable, and always attentive during workouts. If your form starts to slip, they’ll jump in to help correct your posture or offer guidance, so you get the most out of each movement while staying safe. Another nice touch is the availability of clean towels before class, which makes the experience feel organized and thoughtful. The gym itself is also routinely cleaned, which is something I definitely notice and appreciate. One thing to keep in mind is that classes can fill up quickly, so it’s a good idea to arrive early or sign up the day before to secure your spot. The community vibe full of great people in the class who are friendly, motivated, and push each other to work harder.

I've been going to F45 on and off since 2022 and it's always a good time. I've tried all sorts of versions of HIIT or classes and F45 is my all time favorite in what it offers -- you really get a lot out the workouts and it's more focused towards strength mixed with cardio. The coaches and staff here are enthusiastic, professional, and engaging! The crowd works hard so the vibe is always up! t's a good location with plenty of street parking nearby.

Today I went to Jenn’s workout, and she was so thorough and active! She stayed on the floor with us to help us with our form and cleaned equipment after the session. The trainers here have been so welcoming, which keeps me coming back throughout the week!

F45 Studio City collaborating with DPT Dylan Lange was such a treat alongside one of the F45 coaches Christian, who was helpful and encouraging the entire session. With Hyrox coming up and trying to stay consistent with my training, this session was exactly what I needed. Dylan was personable, knowledgeable, and made everything easy to understand. I walked out with better technique, more mobility awareness, and a clearer idea of where to focus next. Really grateful for the experience.

Love this studio! I have been doing f45 for 3 years and have seen so much progress in my strength and fitness level. Studio City has an awesome 6am crew - I especially love working out with Lauren and Zach. They always have a positive attitude and give extra challenges that make the workouts more fun.
