The staff here were incredible—friendly, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping us get the most out of our workout. They guided us through each session with care, making sure everyone, regardless of fitness level or health concerns, felt comfortable and challenged. First time trying F45, and I took the Romans class, one of their classic workouts. Overall, it was a great experience and very beginner friendly. I usually do more cardio than weight training, but this class felt very approachable. Coach Alex was super patient and took the time to explain each movement clearly. I really liked that you can adjust the weights based on your own needs, and just work at your own pace. Definitely enjoyed the session, and I’ll be coming back for more.
