For the time I was there it was decent, I’m only giving 2 stars because they aren’t transparent at all regarding cancelling your membership. I cancelled my membership two days before it renews expecting that I wouldn’t be charged again as would any other person and they still charged me. I called to dispute it and they said there was nothing they can do about it and I can’t use the gym despite me already being charged for the following month. Nobody told me about this when I was canceling which is extremely deceptive.

DONT DONT .. do not come to this location because EOS members are not welcome. They want you to get another membership on top of your regular membership just to access this one Gym I’ve been traveling around the United States for along time using EOS everywhere and this is my first time this is happening it’s unbelievable . The staff is under trained and the facility look disgusting from inside and outside thankfully I did not go in.

I signed up for this gym about a month ago when it transitioned to ES. Since then, I've repeatedly noticed an older man lingering around me while I'm working out. At first, I tried to ignore it, but it has become increasingly uncomfortable. He does not appear to be focused on his own workout and instead seems to hover nearby, especially when I'm training legs. His behavior feels inappropriate and unsettling. I regret not addressing it in the moment, but after multiple instances, I genuinely feel uncomfortable and concerned. He typically comes in during the mornings and acts as though he's working out, but his attention seems to be directed toward me rather than his exercise. I believe this behavior should be looked into,

Gym used to be better when it was under Gold's Gym. Ever since the changed the gym has gotten worse: 1. Gym etiquette is none existent now. People hogging machines, people not putting weights back, creating a mess and leaving the next person to fix it and clean it up 2. Staff seems to no longer care about how the gym looks or could be that the new staff doesn't know how to do their job. Floors are usually dirty, the weight racks are dirty too. It seems like someone vomited in one of the sections about a month ago, and it's yet to be fully cleaned up. You see a white weird looking stain on some of the weights, floor and the weight rack. Hasn't been "cleaned". 3. Seems like recently everyone at this gym is trying to be an influencer. I get it, and I understand you need to film your routine, but when you see a group of people waiting for the machine when it's the only one available and you're spending 5 - 10 minutes setting up your "professional" camera making sure all the angles are correct, that's not ok. If you want to be able to film for social media, go to a more expensive gym or do it when it's less busy. Staff also doesn't care about this as they don't do anything about it. Didn't used to be like this when it was Golds, you would still see some people filming but they would be a bit more respectful and aware. 4. Apart from the gym being constantly dirty now, paper towels are not restocked, no disinfecting spray available every so often and just in general no one seems to be taking care of the gym itself. Overall, the gym has gone downhill and staff doesn't seem to care.

I’d give negative stars at this point. I have been charged over and over for personal training that I have cancelled. I’ve called numerous times. I’ve gone in and spoken with management and been told it was cancelled. I was just charged again. Employee name on the receipt is Karen. My contract length is up. I’m eligible to cancel. I have canceled in every way possible. This is fraudulent behavior At this point I doubt even canceling my membership would solve this issue and the fact they have lied to me about it for weeks now. Avoid this gym. It’s not golds any more.
