Love this cozy studio and the somatic movement classes with Danielle. Somatic movement has been a part of my life for a long time but became more important after the unexpected death of my daughter. I leave Danielle's class feeling like I broke free of the robot armor so many of us develop in response to a crazy world. I left feeling like ME. Thank you!

Cute lil yoga space in West Adams! Took RO's r&b vinyasa flow class on a rainy Wednesday evening and absolutely loved it. Can't wait to try more classes here. Everyone was super nice and definitely felt like a great community to be apart of. Also wanted to note that parking is a lil tricky especially during commute hours so plan ahead.

This space is wonderful. All the instructors have been great, they offer classes of varying intensities (but all are accessible to various level of students) and at multiple times per day, every day, so you can start or end your day with a mindful moving meditation. The vibe is very inclusive and welcoming. You will not be intimidated if you are not super toned and in a fancy yoga outfit (though both those things may happen as a result of showing up to yoga class consistently, haha). I had not practiced yoga in many years, but when I saw that this place had opened near me, I signed up for the two-week trial, really enjoyed it, and immediately continued my unlimited membership. I've been able to attend class consistently 3 to 4 times a week because of the numerous time options available, so I definitely feel like I'm getting great value. After a month and a half I am feeling physically stronger, more mentally focused and emotionally more connected to a community. In this WFH era, I can go days without interacting with anybody else in person, which I didn't even realize the detrimental effects of until I started attending these classes and being around others. The classes usually have around 3 to 8 students so it's fairly intimate and the teachers will usually ask if there are any special requests before starting class. Prices are very reasonable, and even more so if you purchase a class package or unlimited pass. Bonus is that you can use those classes at this location or the Venice location (which has an even more extensive class schedule), whatever fits into your schedule. They also host various events beyond just the yoga classes. I recommend you try the two-week unlimited offer because it's an unbeatable price and you get the chance to try different teachers and styles to see what works well for you. If you don't have your own mat you can also rent one for $2 for the session.

I just had my first yoga class here, and I found the experience to be very healing. I had a really stressful week and I haven't done yoga in a couple weeks now. Instructor Chris Magee helped correct my posture multiple times. The studio is cozy and unpretentious. The room is well lit, and the soundtrack was energizing but also meditative. I will be back.

Love this place! I’ve been coming here for about a year now and absolutely love it. There’s a real sense of community here that makes it feel like a second home. The instructors are super welcoming, knowledgeable, and provide an array of poses to support wherever you are in your practice. Highly recommend!!
