As someone who has been exploring various yoga studios in the LA area, I have to say the Gentle Yoga Flow with Brooke was truly special. I felt embodied and connected to my internal state -- thoughts and emotions -- and everything from Brooke's presence, the setup/temperature of the room, music, and the energy of the class contributed to a healing experience.

I took up Embody Through Yoga’s amazing $25 for 7 Days special, and while I have only practiced there once so far, I throughly enjoyed my experience. The space is cute and clean, and you can tell co-founder & instructor Brooke cares about her students. I uploaded a photo of the entrance because it was a tad challenging for me to find; it’s at the front of the “Vela on Ox Apartments” near the road. I can’t wait to go back! 😊

I started at Embody Through Yoga during a really difficult time—right after my aunt passed away. I was looking for a space that felt inviting, warm, and supportive, and that’s exactly what I found here. It’s now been five months, and I’ve truly loved every class, sound bath, and breathwork session I’ve experienced. After just one month, I knew I wanted the unlimited membership so I could explore everything the studio offers—and I’m so glad I did. I rotate between Vinyasa, Restorative, and Gentle Yoga, and I treat myself to a sound bath once a month. It was my first time trying a sound bath, and it’s now become a monthly ritual—either at the beginning or end of the month—to reset and center myself. If you’re looking for a clean, calming, and welcoming studio with genuinely kind instructors, I can’t recommend Embody Yoga enough. The energy, the people, and the space make it more than just a studio—it feels like a sanctuary.

What an incredible space! This is a place I now call home. The owners Brooke and Matt are incredibly welcoming and such sweet souls. They have created such a unique space that brings tranquility, peace, and a sense of community. All the classes are exceptional and so are the instructors. The parking is easy and less than a 1-2 minute walk from the studio. I do recommend showing up 10-15 minutes early so you can check in and get settled. BONUS- they have a fun little "brew your own tea" bar in the back room....the absolute BEST yoga studio in the valley!

I love this yoga studio. It's very welcoming and inviting with nice instructors and friendly people taking the classes. It's not intimidating, everyone is "normal" and it's not a scene. It's very small and intimate which is nice too.
