Dragonfly is an amazing hybrid studio that has a variety of classes which keeps working out both fun and diverse. The instructors and community are very welcoming and supportive which makes coming to class more enjoyable. Jess is the heart and passion behind the studio and works hard to mix things up while keeping you fit. All the instructors are skilled and dedicated to encouraging you on your fitness journey.

Dragonfly Cycle + Train is seriously one of the best fitness studios I’ve been to! The instructors push us really hard, but in a way that’s motivating and makes you want to give your all. They genuinely care about everyone’s progress and make each class fun and challenging. The environment is super friendly and welcoming! it feels like a real community, not just a gym. I also love that we can rotate our schedules and even choose our own songs, which makes the workouts more personal and exciting. Every class leaves me feeling stronger, and full of energy. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a supportive and fun place to train! 😝

Come for the workout...stay for the community! I have been attending Dragonfly 2-4 days a week for years and still coming back for more. I love the variety of classes and have met so many wonderful people. I like that I can push myself some days and on others do what is more comfortable for me while still getting a great workout and seeing results. I have become very strong since coming here. My favorite new classes are DropSet and Pilates. My favorite tried and true classes are Total Body Tone and spin. They're all great though and I love to change it up to keep seeing results!

I found Dragonfly totally by accident and am so glad I did. I always thought it was exclusively a spin studio, but they were offering a HIIT-style strength class , so I decided to try it. You never really know what to expect walking into a new studio especially in Los Angeles, but my expectations were completely blown away. The instructor was incredibly kind, present, and engaged the entire class. He gave thoughtful, specific feedback and made the workout feel both challenging and supportive at the same time. The studio itself walked the line of spotless, cozy, and welcoming. Such a great find. I’ll absolutely be back

I was looking for a studio that had both a variety of options and a motivating environment. Boy did I score! Hard to narrow down my favorite classes as I’ve really liked them all. TRX, early am Ride n Align, Spin Class and Toning/Strength classes are all amazing, especially when you combine all into your routine. Thrilled to have found this place. I’ve been recommending to all my friends!
