CF Altadena is easily one of the top CrossFit gyms in the Los Angeles area. The coaching staff is all very knowledgeable and friendly and the programming is top notch. I’ve been doing CrossFit for 13 years and whether you’re a beginner or highly advanced, this place knows how to deliver to everyone’s individual needs. I would highly recommend checking them out.

CrossFit Altadena and, specifically, the wonderful Heath, are both new discoveries for me. Last month, I responded to an item on NextDoor about his work with older folks and I was curious. Four weeks in and I couldn't be happier. The personal progress feels great and this is just the beginning. Absolutely love this place! The coaches Jay and Heath are passionate and help their clients out extensively. Heath helped increase my squat and mobility tremendously! Clean as well as welcoming atmosphere!

I've been a proud member of this CrossFit gym for 8 years, and I can't say enough great things about it.
