This was a beautiful Sunday-morning experience. The studio itself is spacious with tall windows and soft curtains that let the sunlight pour in. It felt a little nostalgic in a good way (like a quiet, reverent Sunday morning space). The yoga room is open and uncrowded, so you can choose where to place your mat and feel comfortable settling in. Before class, Angela personally introduced herself and checked in about injuries and/or needs, which immediately created a feeling of care & safety. The class itself is an intermediate-level, non-heated yoga flow. Angela guided us through a gentle opening that gradually built into a longer, flowing sequence, and then invited us to move through part of the flow independently, which happened seamlessly. From there, we softened into slower stretching and eventually into savasana. Angela’s voice is warm, expressive, and soothing. She set a beautiful tone of safety, presence, and intention from the beginning and gently checked back in with those intentions throughout class. The sound healing during savasana was beautiful. Angela played crystal singing bowls and harmonized with the music, and the acoustics were so balanced and immersive that it felt like being surrounded by sound rather than simply listening to it. It was incredibly peaceful. (I did not want it to end!) Overall vibe: The whole class had a beautifully crafted, almost cinematic feel to it. With the natural light, the pristine sound, and Angela’s warm voice through the mic, it felt less like co-creating the space through breath and presence and more like being held inside a carefully designed experience from start to finish. It’s a bit different than a more organic, co-created class…enjoyable in its own way. Practical notes: Free covered garage parking, elevators to the second-floor studio, lockers and showers available. Also, this studio provides free offerings to the community as well;-)

I’ve been a member at CEREMNY for almost a year now and genuinely love all their offerings. They have a huge variety of classes, benefitting both your physical body and mental wellbeing. All instructors are incredible — I have yet to have a bad experience at any class. Personally, I love Ashley / Sydney for yoga, Jaclin for sculpt, Angela for sound, and Bernard / Austin for strength! The staff are welcoming, kind, and make every student feel comfortable no matter their previous experience or level. The studio itself is clean, calming, well-oriented, and honestly just “cool!” Couldn’t recommend this place enough. My safe space!

Sarah’s yoga class was such a refreshing journey - beginning with calm, centered breathing and building into shaking dance energy and a powerful strength flow. She creates a warm, welcoming space where all levels feel comfortable. I’ve been out of practice for a while, and her class was the perfect way to ease back in. The studio is very nice, and I would definitely recommend both Sarah and Ceremny!

Ceremny is more than JUST a yoga studio, it’s a life changing experience. From the moment I drove into the parking area, I was happy to see 2 levels of unlimited parking! I walked in, and saw a sacred space created with intention, love, and deep wisdom by Ashley. It's not just a place for a yoga class. It's a place to transform me. It’s where I come to reconnect with myself, heal, grow stronger, and remember who I am. Every class feels like a ceremony. The sound bowls are powerful layer of calm and emotional release that I haven't found in most studios. Combined with breathwork, it felt deeply grounding, soulful, and restorative like my nervous system was finally allowed to exhale. I did not leave feeling stretched, I felt renewed. There's opportunities for yoga training certificates, retreats, mentorship, and real guidance. My practice has deepened and changed my life. There's spinning classes, strength and weight training, dance, and other movement experiences that built my body confidence. The most beautiful part is the community which is filled with genuine connection, support, and love. I feel like Ashley, the teachers, and mentors are knowledgeable but also present, compassionate, and truly invested my growth. It makes me leave feeling uplifted, inspired, and supported, like I am part of something bigger than myself. It's more than JUST a yoga studio. The classes and staff have helped me transform and feel stronger, lighter, clearer, and more alive It has been a gem for my body, mind and my soul. I highly recommend it! Lisette

I've been a CEREMNY member for six months, and the community & classes have transformed my life. I was previously a member at a luxury gym and was seeking a more community-oriented place to work out. What I've found at CEREMNY is a combination of neighborhood third space, fitness studio, and spiritual temple in which I feel valued and supported. I consistently attend men's work as well as strength, power yoga, meditation, and breathwork classes, and I can honestly say every instructor is phenomenal - an indicator of the strong culture and filters Ashley and her team have. I can honestly say I feel and look better than ever. And the men's program has given me a safe space to explore myself and my masculinity, grow in all areas of my life, and form incredible friendships. If you're reading this, take it as your sign to check out a class or community night!
