We love this Gym! Bryan is a great trainer! My teenage daughter who is an Athlete comes here! She loves it! She always looks forward to her training! I highly recommend this Gym! Everyone is super nice! If you want your athlete to go to the next level, bring them here!

Without a doubt, my absolute favorite gym in the world! Ryan is the most incredible coach/owner who has helped me not only improving myself but accommodating my changing schedule. Excellent workouts & coaching. From day one, I have always felt welcomed & safe. The community is like family. The gym is always clean & well stocked. I'm so thankful to call Open Gym/Orale Strength my 2nd home. I just love it here.

I started coming here 3 years ago as a beginner and I’ve since made this part of my daily routine. The workouts are challenging, but scalable to suit any skill level. The coaches are helpful and make classes fun. Ryan is an awesome owner who really cares. He asks us for input and is always looking for ways to improve our experience and the facility. Open Gym has turned my life around, both mentally and physically. If you’ve ever thought about trying CrossFit or are just looking for a new gym, this place is a great community!

Open Gym / Orale Strength is the best! I had not been doing any strength training in over a decade and had no experience with many of the movements they do, but the coaches take the time to explain everything, observe, and offer corrections. The workouts are fun, challenging, and thoughtfully planned in a way to build your strength over time and allow for recovery periods. While there are sometimes pretty intense exercises as part of the workouts (people are doing handstand pushups!), there are always reasonable scaling options that work for me. The gym environment is friendly and welcoming. Everyone is encouraging and the group dynamic is fun, especially during really challenging workouts or max lifts. The gym is also kept clean and the equipment is in great shape. Everyone does a good job with spraying/wiping down equipment. I joined about a year ago and despite a 20-30 min drive (depending on traffic) and passing many other gym options on the way, I plan on staying long-term. Thanks to Ryan and everyone here for helping me improve my fitness and overall health.
