Had a great drop in workout at Brick today. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The gym is really well equipped. Members were all also very friendly and the coaching was great. I’ll be back anytime I’m in LA!

Brick is an amazing gym with amazing coaches. They have times for any occasion, and they kick my ass every time. I always feel like I’ve done an amazing workout every time, very glad to be a member.

Kyle is awesome! I always love coming to his classes. He’s funny and kind and always full of enthusiasm to bring the energy. Kyle has definitely been an integral part of my improvement since I started here at Brick!

Jen is great, she stays attentive in the class addressing any improvements and safety tips to veterans and newbies alike. From the first class she remembered my name which I always find impressive as that’s something I struggle with. Her self demos are appreciated and adjusting music based on vibes I love. Her leadership is unmatched, willingness to foster a true and sincere community is something that we need as women in safe spaces as well as society at large. A perfect balance of training for the mind, body and heart.

Today was my first official CrossFit class at BRICK. Kai helped ease me into the basics after taking several months off. He brings the energy but more importantly, he walked the class through the strength movement and guided us through the workout. I’ll look forward to more of his classes.
