reviewsWhat Members Say
Members consistently praise the gym's massive size, extensive climbing sets, and diverse amenities including a fully equipped fitness area, healthy cafe, and pleasant co-working space with meeting rooms and phone booths. Many highlight the friendly and helpful staff, with specific shoutouts to employees like Kobi for their welcoming assistance. However, some express frustration with membership cancellation policies that require advance notice and restrictions on guest passes when accounts are frozen. A few reviewers mention that route grading feels soft compared to other gyms, and while most staff are described as excellent, occasional grumpy interactions are noted.

I love this gym so much. I it blew me away how big it is and how many areas you have to climb or workout. Parking can be a issue during peak times if you have to drive in. Overall it's just so much fun to climb here. Great staff, great climbers, great environment 👍

Great gym with friendly staff and lots and lots of sets. Contains and upstairs with seating, and a downstairs with a kids area, gym, cafe, sauna, and yoga studio. However grading is very soft here

Absolute gem. Huge climbing gym, along with a fully equipped gym (with way more equipment than any other gym - in terms of the ability to do various exercises - not machines but body weight and stretching etc), excellent and healthy cafe, good co-working space that is pleasant to use (including meeting room and phone booths!). Helpful staff (a few grumpy ones, but everyone is actually helpful). To top it off, they have locations across the country and your membership works throughout.

Wanna give a huge shout the employee KOBI as soon as I walked in the door, she greeted me with a smile. I needed help being here for my second time and she was more than gladly to help me and my experience here with a different climbs and levels was amazing. I could spend hours here because of how much they have to offer.

What a scam!!!!!!!!! Force you to pay one more month if not cancelled A WEEK before end of the month And don’t give you guest past if not unfrozen the account on day 1 of the month, even though you paid pretty much for the whole month. Don’t appreciate the business practices at all. Recommend checking out Momentum or Edgework climbing gym.
