I've been coming to Bolder for 4+ years and really appreciate having a gym so close to home, with 24/7 access. I rarely am waiting for a machine or set of weights, and the staff and other members are friendly and helpful. It's not Equinox, but it's great value for money. The equipment is plentiful and well-maintained. I've definitely been able to build a routine and strength, thanks to Bolder!

Great place to work out. Members aren't about living on their phones between sets. 24/7 access is super convenient 👌🏽 👏🏽 💯

I really like this place and am happy I started coming here. The 24-hour access is worth it. I think like many people I was so intimidated to start coming because of being a newbie and not really knowing how to use the equipment. Granted, not going to the gym because I got COVID didn’t help at all but I was determined. I took some training sessions with one of the gym owners and he made me feel comfortable coming to the gym. He helped me punch the frustration out of my system, literally. In one of the sessions we had focused on boxing, at my request. I now feel more comfortable with the equipment. The place has your essentials, nothing fancy but enough to get down to business and make gains. ***insert muscle arm emoji***

Basic and old equipment that isn't maintained properly. Cables stick and don't slide well. It takes months to get machines serviced and 6 months to get the shower door fixed (maybe landlord issue). The gym isn't cleaned as often as it used to be and the men's bathroom almost always smells like urine, paper towels or soap is often out. If you don't mind that stuff people are pretty friendly.

The Front Desk lady and/or trainer is very rude. My husband and I like to go to the gym and we walked through from the front door to the back door to check it out and consider the possibility to join this gym since is closer to our house. But this lady jumped to us, and literally kick us out of the gym because we were passing through it to the alley side. She screams to us, embarrassed us to everyone that were there working out at the moment and we just had the most awful experience. Besides that, my husband is handicap and he walks with a cane and even like that she made him get out. She doesn’t have sensibility, good heart, tolerance and above all good customer service. Thanks to her 2 possible customers (us) won’t even think about helping this business never!!!!
