This experience has been life changing. I’m going through a divorce and my life is in shambles… I lost my way and my mind and body connection. This class made me realize I need alignment.

Core Strengthening (emphasizing intestinal movement) | Monday evening 5pm drop-in I called them around 4:30pm to confirm if I could show up (I'm currently touring LA) - and they were open to drop-ins! I paid $25 for the 1ish hour and it was a small warm group of 6-7 people. While I've never done Tai chi and don't understand the "energy body" - this experience was valuable to me. I've never felt this sense of strange but relaxing belly warmth after the session, I would wanna come back at some point. The instructor was very kind and constantly reminded us to destress the body, highly recommend.

Excellent beneficial Tai Chi class. I highly recommend. I've been doing Tai Chi for long time, and this is set up for beginner and advanced practitioner. Since I do this exercise , my back pain and neck pain was very much relaxed and healed. Also I could sleep better. I like this exercise. Give it a try!

Incredible time at this studio! Super welcoming environment and a great way to connect your mind and body. As a first time student I didn’t know what to expect and felt really comfortable in the practice. Can’t wait to come back!!! Great place to get started.
