I had issues with my gym membership and she made the entire process seamless and made sure I didn't miss out on any deals or promotions. Her expertise helped me get exactly what I needed at a much better price than I expected. If you want someone who truly looks out for the customer, ask for Aileen she’s really nice and super patient

I came in and was assisted by Celai, and she was absolutely amazing! She’s super sweet, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She made the whole experience so easy and made sure I got the best deals possible. Her customer service truly stands out !! she goes above and beyond to makes you feel comfortable and valued. Aileen provided excellent customer service while helping me reactivate my membership. She was very empathetic, supportive, and professional throughout the process. The gym was extremely dirty, with visible trash on the floor and no supplies available to wipe down equipment after use. The bathrooms clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, and the urinal had dried urine that looked like it had been there for ages. Overall cleanliness and hygiene were very disappointing. staff ask members to leave a 5-star review upon signing up, which does not reflect the actual condition of the gym.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ENROLLING ONLINE!!! I went to this gym on Wilshire at Korea town since it's close to home. I asked about the membership prices and they brought this pricing sheet that was on the acrilic. They are forcing people to get personal training and if it's the same price online? The guy that was helping me said that it's a better deal in the gym. $439 DOLLARS TO GET MY MEMBERSHIP STARTED!? ARE YOU GUYS OUT OF YOUR MIND? That's in addition of the $59 annual fee, so $500 altogether for 1 YEAR! They're doing this little charge here and there which is a cheap car sales tactic. The guy helping me turned out to be the manager and showed me around the gym. The gym is absolute disgusting, trash everywhere, broken equipments, the locked room smells horrible. There's also a homeless person sleeping by the cycle room. I didn't know this is a shelter for the homeless as well. You would think that if people are actually paying over $400 -$500 for a membership, the gym would be at least look premium, clean, working equipment and no homeless inside. I was disgusted by it. I told the manager that I would think about it, I took the photo of the prices and went online so I can compare. So it turns out that the online prices are so much better! $499 and it comes with 2 YEARS INSTEAD OF 1! AND ITS NOT FORCING ME TO BUY PERSONAL TRAINING! I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO DO THE SAME AND ENROLL ONLINE! THEY TRY TO SCAM PEOPLE HERE
