This is hands down the cleanest CrossFit gym I’ve ever seen — truly unusual for CrossFit, and such a breath of fresh air! The community is full of people who are genuinely passionate about health and supporting one another. The coaching is highly professional, and every workout is thoughtfully adjusted for different fitness levels, so everyone feels challenged but safe. There’s plenty of equipment, great energy, and the location is super convenient. I also love the emphasis on community and faith — it creates a culture that feels family-oriented, uplifting, and kid-friendly. Absolutely recommend this gym to anyone looking for excellence, encouragement, and results!

I really enjoy my time with them. After 3 weeks going there 3 times at week I started to breathe better and being less tired when running. I’m happy to meet people so compromise with their health and kindness. I’ll continue going for sure! The coach are patient and experienced and explain all very well and take care of your body so you don’t get any injuries in the learning process. I love this place!

Dropped in on a whim. Coaching staff was friendly and helpful. They kept the class organized and on schedule. Facility was clean and very well put together. The entire class was encouraging and just overall fun environment, will 100% be back.

I’ve been working out at TTR CrossFit, and I can’t recommend it enough! The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and truly take the time to work with you at your own level of fitness. The gym has a super welcoming and encouraging atmosphere—never intimidating. You’re never made to feel like you’re in competition with anyone else. It’s all about personal progress and support. Whether you’re new to CrossFit or have been doing it for years, TTR is the place to be! Rosa is great as well as all of her coaches.

This is such a wonderful and supportive community. The workouts are great and the coaching is top notch! Even after being involved in CrossFit for ten years, I still learn and improve from their amazing coaching and approach! The programming and coaching is great for both new CrossFit athletes and veteran athletes. Other members are so encouraging and supportive. I am so glad I am a member here!
