I own a commercial gym and have Troy equipment. While I like their equipment, communication with them is basically nonexistent. I've tried Facebook chat, multiple email addresses, phone calls, voicemails and I can't seem to get any response. I have faulty equipment and from the looks of it, they don't care since I've already paid for it

If I could go back in time and order my Dumbbells from a company that would respond every now and then and be on time with their orders I would. My Dumbbells were supposed to be here weeks ago, can't get updates. The last promise was by the end of July and here we are half way through August... are we surprised, nope.
