I’ve been a member of this gym since January, and I’m so grateful to have found such a supportive community. Jess provides a range of class times throughout the week and that makes it easy to stay consistent. She brings energy, enthusiasm, and expertise in health and fitness, and you can tell that every class is thoughtfully planned with purpose. The workouts are fun. What really sets this place apart is the community. I love getting stronger and doing the hard stuff together with such an awesome crew!

I’ve been a part of this gym community since 2012, the community and culture of the gym are what keeps me motivated. Jess knows her athletes and will modify for any and all needs; age, injury, mobility, etc. Her energy and encouragement is always on point. The gym’s focus is on creating better humans and developing fitness for longevity - it’s never too late to start your wellness journey!! Give it a try, you will not regret it!

I have been at this gym for almost a year, and it has been an amazing experience. Jess has helped me to feel more confident in strength training and I'm stronger than I've ever been before. The community is very supportive and there's a lot of variety in the training so it's never boring.

I’ve been part of this gym community for a couple months. I was hesitant about joining because it look intimidating at first. Once I decided to show up, I found out that the environment is welcoming and everyone is friendly and supportive. Coach Jess works well with you if you need any part of the workouts modified due to medical/personal reasons. I’m glad I decided to join.

If you are looking for a place to workout at any fitness level with the best community ever, this is the place for you. I have been with TheBox for a couple of years on and off. I tried other gyms and it does not compare. I have always come back. The community and the attention to detail by Owner/Head Coach Jess is incomparable. She is the best. Come and check it out! Nothing to lose and everything to gainss 💪
