I love coming here and it's perfect for the whole family. Very affordable and safe to enjoy working out. They have a very large variety of activities to participate in. The price is within my budget and the pass comes with free parking. They also have a cafe inside with more than just food. It's such a great place to come .

I was as a tourist in Houston for a week and my 11 yrs old son trained in this facility on the basketball court for an hour . Facility was really good. I highly recommend for tourists to use this facility if they gotta train during their holiday. It has a parking lot as well. But i suggest the supervisors of this facility to pay cash for the parking fee. Everybody using e sim when they are abroad as they are cheaper. Love the facility . Houston community has to feel themselves lucky and blessed .

I love working out and playing basketball. This gym allows me to enjoy both under one roof. As a teenager I feel safe in this environment. The staff is friendly the facility is clean and best of all parking is free. I try to visit every chance I get. Thank you YMCA Downtown

Great environment for people of all ages with an health and wellness mindset. Staff is friendly and supportive. Facilitates are top notch for a nonprofit organization. I recommend joining if you’re shopping for a new workout home in the downtown Houston area. CM

This place use to be great. Since the pandemic it’s gone so down hill. Hours worse, for the gym, pools, sauna’s, etc. they closed the women’s gym. Use to love this place. Really disappointing option today. Will not recommend.
