I have been training with Spencer Sled for over a year now. Having no prior experience with weight training, I was unsure of what to expect. Spencer adapted a program that I felt comfortable with and yet required hard work. Almost one year later, I’m in the best shape I’ve been in since I was a teenager. Spencer really cares about his clients and is highly invested in their success. He is super motivating, extremely knowledgeable and his positivity is infectious. Training with Spencer has helped shape my fitness journey and I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to take their fitness to the next level.

Spencer helped my boyfriend with his nutrition and diet 4/5 weeks leading up to his MMA fight. The results were exactly what he was looking for as his weight was shedding daily and successfully weighed in below the required weight! Spencer is your guy if you’re looking to get fit and healthy, or if you have an upcoming event you’re training for!

During my time training with Spencer so far, (2 years) he helped me achieve my goals in training for both sport specific training towards tennis in which I had been up to rank 23 in Texas in under 16s, and hypertrophy training . His training helped me make a significant jump in the rankings from 75 to 23.  His approach towards training is always extremely professional and methodical emphasizing things such as proper form and progressive overload which guaranteed results for me. In addition to the training he had provided me with great tips on nutrition. Overall working with Spencer has payed off to a great degree as shown in my results strength wise, visibly, and lifelong due to the level of emphasis on form.

As a physician with multiple injuries who has worked with Spencer Sled for a very long time I highly recommend him. His knowledge base about exercise science and human anatomy alone is worth it. His understanding of nutrition as well has helped me tremendously. He tailors the program to fit each individuals needs and most importantly keeps you healthy no matter what. I have yet to come across another trainer with as much to offer. Look no further!!!

I’ve been going to Sled Fitness for a little over a month. I began joining my boyfriend for a couples workout. Since the first session, Spencer has been extremely positive and motivating! Going in, I had very little knowledge on workouts and proper technique. Although it’s been a short amount of time, I can say I am much more confident. I highly recommend Spencer, he’s truly amazing!
