So grateful for this gym! The coaches and programming are fantastic. I hadn’t been able to get some skills for over two years and could do them after just a couple months here. Great community too. Very clean for a CrossFit gym.

I have been a member at Skyline CrossFit for about a year and a half. I had no experience with CrossFit before this gym, but had quite a bit of history with gyms, lifting, and working out in general. I had been "courting" CrossFit for many months before walking into Skyline, but was apprehensive in general. One day I drove by Skyline and walked in. It was the middle of the day and there were a handful of folks doing open gym. One of the members, who I later found out was also a coach, Lad, was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave me a quick tour. I decided to try it out and started the Foundations program. Foundations is for people like me who have no experience with CrossFit. I found it very helpful not only with movements and technique, but overall in becoming comfortable. Skyline has become an incredible home for me and the hype surrounding CrossFit is real. Skyline is a fantastic gym with exceptional coaching. The owner brothers, Dylan and Ryan, are great leaders, highly motivating, and also extremely down to earth, which lends itself to being mailable with all types and levels of athletes. Skyline hosts many great athletes, but at the same time, is home to all levels of athletes. If you are a seasoned athlete with a lot of experience, this is the gym for you. If you have never wrapped your hands around a barbell, this is also the gym for you. Skyline is a Houston treasure. If working out in a group gym environment brings you anxiety, this will be a fantastic spot for you as well as the members are excellent in welcoming and supporting new people. I have been working out here consistently and at 48, I am more fit, stronger, more flexible, and more confident than ever. I love this spot and recommend 10/10.

Moved to Houston earlier this year and dropped in to Skyline after trying a couple other gyms in the area - felt right at home and signed up without hesitation. Awesome culture, coaches, and people. New or experienced, Skyline’s a great place to start / continue your fitness journey. I’m happy to have found such a solid crossfit squad in Houston! If you’re considering it, come check it out!

Skyline CrossFit is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. The facility is extremely clean and well-maintained, which says a lot about the pride they take in their space and community. The coaches are knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely care about every athlete who walks through the door. They build organic relationships and never push you beyond your comfort zone—unless you’re ready. This isn’t just a gym where you show up and feel like a number; it’s a real CrossFit community where people support one another and grow together. I highly recommend Skyline CrossFit to anyone looking to improve their fitness, especially military folks—it’s the kind of place that understands discipline, respect, and resilience. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, you’ll feel welcome here.

In my opinion, Skyline CrossFit has always been the premier box in Houston. The space is massive, and they make use of every square foot. While I’ve never been a full-time member, I’ve relied on punch cards and drop-ins for about four years—and every visit has been outstanding. This is a true CrossFit business, offering it all: personal training, nutrition coaching, barbell classes, in-house and regional competitions, InBody scans, HERO WODs, and more. The coaches are consistently A+—welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your success.
