I highly recommend this gym! I train with Carlos and Christian here, and both are excellent. They consistently come up with creative and challenging workouts to push my limits. My trainers tailor my work outs to my body type, lifestyle, and goals, and my they are very mindful of existing or prior injuries. They adjust movements when needed and build recovery and stretching into the works outs, which has made a huge difference. The other trainers are also very good. Everyone is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely supportive. In addition, the gym itself is excellent. The equipment is high quality and well maintained, and the space is very clean and well kept.

I can’t say enough good things about Sigma! My trainer, Jonathan, is amazing — he keeps my workouts fresh and fun, so I never get bored. This is the longest I’ve ever stuck with a trainer, and it’s because he constantly challenges me but is also super encouraging and supportive. My whole family goes to Sigma and we all love it. My daughter’s trainer, Taylor, is fantastic. She pushes her in an age appropriate way that is fun and challenging . The vibe in the gym is awesome — everyone’s friendly, the owners are there all the time, and it just feels like a big community. The gym is super clean, and the equipment is always up to date. If you’re looking for a place with great people, great energy, and great workouts, Sigma is it!

Highly recommend Sigma for personal training. The facility is spotless, and the equipment is great quality. All the trainers are friendly and caring. My trainer is Keith. He really knows his stuff! He's been helping me navigate a knee injury, and I feel the workouts we do have aided in my recovery. He is motivating, always professional, and punctual. Keith will push you, but never hurt you! He's helped build my confidence, and I'm happy to say I'm probably stronger than I've ever been.

I have been training at Sigma for more than two years. I’ve exercised all my life and had many personal trainers, Carlos is the best one without a doubt. He knows how to challenge you and he is also kind and super knowledgeable. Mirna is the best as well and both do a very good job keeping the Gym super clean and safe. I love the sigma family!

I’ve been training at Sigma for almost two years now, and it has truly changed my life. When I first started, I struggled with weight, motivation, and consistency. I began with just one session a week, and within six months I worked up to two. That’s when I really started noticing a difference ,not just in how my body looked, but in how I felt overall. My trainers, Carlos and Emily, are incredible. They push me in the best way, hold me accountable, and know exactly how to guide me toward my goals safely. What I appreciate most is that they aren’t just trainers. They pay attention to how your body moves, what it needs, and how to help you progress without injury. I was having some discomfort with my should, which limited my mobility, daily activities, and training. Carlos recommended adding Pilates to help with mobility and recovery, as well as a chiro. I was fortunate enough to get some sessions with Mirna, who tailored, as many classes as possible to help support my shoulder. Once I healed, I added Pilates to my weekly routine. Sigma is the kind of place where your trainers check in on you after a tough session and genuinely care about your long‑term success. It’s more than just a gym, it’s support, accountability, and real coaching. In my time here, I’ve lost half my body fat and now am at 25% body fat. I feel strong, confident, and healthier than ever. If you want personalized training, real results, and a community that truly cares, I can’t recommend Sigma enough.
