Planet Fitness

I went here yesterday and loved this location. The workers are nice and helpful especially one of the workers that worked 1/30/26 at around 7pm is when I was there and came with one of my friends. My friend and I were having issues with logging into the mobile app and one of the workers helped us and was so patient with the both of us the entire time which was very nice, wish I remembered his name because he had 10/10 customer service. Wasn’t too packed in here, I definitely didn’t see women in here dressed too revealing like the other gyms, they had more respect in here which was great. I’d likely go back to this location.

I got stranded in Houston for over 3 weeks. Planet fitness has incredible energy that aids in getting over diversity. Tons of machines. Staff that care. A corporate organization that is customer friendly. Five stars isn’t enough. The judgement free zone pushed me to break my own records for deadlift. Handstand. Monkey bars. Box jumps. Yoga. And don’t forget those incredible massage machines and ultra red vibrations.

Basically, I only use the showers at all planet fitnesses nationwide. I travel a lot. The Planet fitness, on Fondren Rd, in Houston, Texas, Absolutely has, the hottest water, that I've ever had the pleasure to enjoy in this country, that I have visited so far. In the past 2 years, with over 70000 miles driven. So that means i've taken a lot of showers in two years at the planet fitnesses in the country. And at my local planet fitness in Chubbuck, Idaho has the absolute coldest water of any planet fitness I've ever showered at in the country. So for the houston texas Planet fitness, I loved every second of it.

Missing some equipment that are at other PF's, but definitely has more than enough Smith Machines and Mobility Equipment to get a quality workout.

A 4-star rating is laughable. I must emphasize that this matter requires immediate attention, and if necessary, we will pursue legal action. My friend and I relocated to Houston four months ago, and initially, we had a positive experience for the first couple of weeks, then we noticed that there have been serious issues with the workers who compromise confidentiality, which is against the law to my knowledge and had one of the workers come into my job and threaten me on the premises but the motto for Planet Fitness is a safe environment and a judgment-free zone while you’re not living up to your motto and also my friend gets ignored while she is up at the front desk by multiple employees when will you hold your manager and employees accountable we will be canceling our membership and going to a non-Planet Fitness.
