This is my favorite OT location. There is a huge parking lot shared with many retail businesses but I never worry about being late due to parking. It is boarded by two train tracks which usually run in the early mornings - you may want to build in 5 extra minutes to drive to the underpass on Studemont to get around them! Overall great place to workout and I’ve lost more than 30 lbs here!

Great workout program! I hated running till I started at OT and now the treadmill is my favorite part. Something different every day to keep it fresh and interesting. Highly recommend!

What an amazing class Wednesday nights with Dani, her coaching skills and energy is amazing. She is very involved with the class, making sure your posture is correct to avoid injuries....as well as using modifications for those who are recovering from injuries. Nate the front desk was amazing, and Amber from the Tomball location dropped in with her positive energy. Great experience and energy that motivates you to worker harder to reach your goal.

Went for the 2nd time today. Definitely going to sign up for a membership in the near future. Great vibes. And my fav part is the upbeat intensity. Great coaches. Great staff. & equipment.

Really enjoyed my first OTF class this morning. Was greeted by Kyra, who made my orientation process smooth and simple. Jason coached the class and was excellent. Gave me a tour of the facility before the class to show me how things ran. Once class started, Jason took the time to give each client individual feedback and technical cues, all while maintaining a high energy class. Will definitely be back!
