Byron and his coaches are amazing! Making you feel comfortable in the gym setting and helping you realistically meet your goals with accountability. Their coordination with my dietitian and alignment with my fitness program has been vital to my success at Misfit. I would highly recommend if looking for a place to get to work and achieve your goals!

Byron, Matt and Chris are the best of the best. This is a gym where you will get expert training and conditioning all in one spot. They guide you in proper technique to prevent injuries. This is not the place to come if you are looking set up a camera and just workout for social media content. Everyone here is very welcoming. Absolutely recommend this gym!

There are plenty of gyms of this type to choose from around Houston. But, there's only one Byron. He and his team are the reason I look forward to getting up at 5:00 every morning. There's always a good vibe in the place, where the line between members and staff is indistinguishable.

This is the home of some of the best trainers in Houston. Byron runs a great program and is capable of working with anyone no matter the fitness level. I love the fact that it's all about having a great workout and no one feels out of place.
