Nice gym with a pretty good selection of weight equipment. The equipment is all pretty close quarters, but the place is a hidden gym so usually not too crowded. The price of $2.25 for a day pass or $24 for a month can't be beat! Showers are 90 cents.

Such a family friendly neighborhood gym, it’s super clean, and equipped with AC. $2.07 for single workout, and monthly pass is around $24! Unbelievable low rate for anyone wants to exercise.

This is not like a commercial gym with multiple racks and a huge variety of machines. But it’s got the necessary equipment and you can certainly get in a full body workout. There’s 3 treadmills, a set of cross cables with 4-way pulley stations on each end, flat bench, incline bench, three adjustable benches, dumbbells up to 90#, hack squat, leg extension, leg curl, leg press, preacher curl, and some ab machines. It does NOT have a squat rack, but does have a smith machine. Also it’s FREE! So you can’t really complain. I’ve only visited in the evening and it’s never been crowded.

There's two wide Lanes to do labs in and there's no other deep water to do my therapy move with my noodle but I need to float in deep water with. So the lifeguard cost of big stink that I was floating in a lane that nobody was swimming in so he could have the whole area to himself to do his laps
