Our son trains at both Max Speed locations, and I can honestly say this facility is top-notch—modern, clean, and equipped with everything young athletes need to excel. The programs are well-designed, and the coaches are not only knowledgeable but also deeply committed to safety and professional training. Our son has improved tremendously, both physically and mentally, since joining. The coaches inspire him, his training partners motivate him, and the results speak for themselves—his soccer team just won a Labor Day Cup tournament! Max Speed conditioning has truly set him up for success. I highly recommend Max Speed to any young athlete. Thank you, coaches, for giving our son confidence and helping him grow—we truly appreciate all you do.

We love Max Speed! The coaches are not only patient, but take time to get to know their kids. The gym is clean and features top-notch equipment for the training they provide. Highly recommend for an athlete of any sport who wants to get faster, stronger, or more agile.

Have nothing but compliments for these folks. Ted as a manager, the coaches with individual development plan for each youngster or athlete is not something you commonly find. I have seen some serious progression of my son's athletics since he joined. Need to stay the course and be persistent though.

Max Speed and Strength is hands down one of the best training facilities around! Ted, the owner, is not only incredibly kind and welcoming, but he’s also deeply passionate about helping athletes reach their full potential—no matter their background or sport. Whether your child plays football, volleyball, basketball, or is just getting started in athletics, the team here knows how to meet each athlete where they are and push them to grow. The coaches are professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. They take time to understand each athlete’s needs and tailor their approach to help them get stronger, faster, and more confident. It’s amazing to see kids from all walks of life training together, supporting each other, and thriving in this environment. The new facility is huge, clean, and designed to give every athlete the space and tools they need to succeed. We’re proud to be a part of the Max Speed and Strength community and highly recommend it to anyone looking to build a solid athletic foundation with a team that truly cares.
