The spacious building features multiple amenities including a cafe and spa services, with some members praising the professional and welcoming staff like concierge Shannon and trainers Muhammad and Xavier who provide personalized workout assistance. OMG! From the beginning Shannon in concierge was amazing. She has a genuine smile and presented herself very professionally. Next, Kevin and Laura in the spa had such “glowing” personalities. I received a non-invasive microdermabrasion and added an additional service of a derma-plane facial! So worth the money and time spent at this facility and meeting such great human beings! Oh, and the facility itself is a 5/5 with all their available amenities. Highly recommended!!

I spent maybe 4 or 5 months here so far and I’ll give an honest assessment. 1. The staff: Mainly professional with a few bad apples. I’ve noticed many instances where some front desk staff members will welcome you and times when they will stare through you. (Especially the Sunday girl) 2. The Equipment: If you are a lifter or training for gains, limited availability and space makes working out a real challenge here. 3. The members: Like any gym, you are gonna get all walks of life. Some kind people, and some people who see you as just an obstacle sharing a space with them. 4. The amenities are just ok, but still better than other facilities (Other Life Time facilities and local competitors) 5. Parking: Harsh, the garage is shared with corporate office workers, sporting event parking and restaurants, so good luck with that. In summary, you have to want to be here to stay a member. However, I do feel that the pros outweigh the cons in comparison to the competitor facilities, but there is room for improvement. Progress, not perfection!

The building is nice and big! Stopped by the cafe and then got my massage. I was told that all of the therapists had at least 14 years of experience. Everything sounded great and I was led to the back and told my therapist would be out and afterwards they would have some treats. Never got anything. Lol. It all sounded great. When I went to the back, the therapist was nice but I asked her if she could use less pressure. She did not. I also opted for the hot stones but little did I know that they would be extremely hot. I’ve gotten many massages using the hot stones and I’ve never had them so hot that it felt like it was burning. I told her that it was too hot. She made no effort to not have them so hot each time she used them. I told her that I had been in a car accident a few years ago and did not want so much pressure. I thought that works get her to ease up. I’ve had deep tissue massages that were not this painful. Therapists usually take time to tuck sheets around to but she did not. The whole experience was very disappointing. There’s usually some consistency to the massage instead of random squeezing and pushing down on your spine, neck and legs. I wanted a relaxing experience and instead walked out with a headache and pain in my neck. When the person up front asked me how it was and after everything , she asked if I wanted the gratuity included. Oh well! I was bound to have a bad massage at some point in my life. It’s probably hit or miss there. I won’t include her name because maybe she will be more gentle with others.

Leaving this review in hopes it highlights the elliptical issue that has been going on for almost two months. I am happy to update or remove it once resolved. Greenstreet has four ellipticals, and the only one that provides full rotation has been out of service for nearly two months (image attached to show how they’ve completely removed it). I have asked for updates and an estimated repair timeline but keep being told they will check with maintenance, with no clear follow up. The other four ellipticals are outdated and do not provide full body movement. It is surprising given that most of the other equipment at the gym is quite good. Since the only fully functional elliptical went down, very few people, almost none, use the other remaining, and I have heard multiple members express frustration about it. I hope this review brings more urgency to repairing the only high quality elliptical that was available.
