Kinitro Fitness is an outstanding gym with great programming, supportive trainers, and welcoming staff who truly care about your progress. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and open to all fitness levels. I’ve been a member for a few years and have lost over 90 lbs by staying consistent and following their guidance. It feels more like family than a gym. Highly recommend!

Kinitro Fitness has truly been one of the best gym experiences I have had. This place really offers something for everyone, whether you are just getting started or already deep into your fitness journey. The environment is welcoming, motivating, and very well put together. I had the privilege to work with Coach Emily, and she is absolutely amazing. She is very knowledgeable and makes sure you are using the proper form and technique every step of the way. At the same time, she knows exactly how to push you toward your personal goals in a way that feels encouraging and empowering. I am very grateful she took the time to create a personalized plan to help me reach my full potential. It gave me so much confidence in my progress and where I am headed. What really stands out about Emily is how intentional and passionate she is about what she does. You can tell immediately that she truly knows her craft and genuinely cares about her clients. She also goes over nutrition guidance that best fits your goals and overall health, which makes the program feel complete and well thought out. If you want someone who will guide you step by step and push you further than you think you can go, Coach Emily is the one. Kinitro Fitness is an incredible gym with a supportive atmosphere, and I highly recommend it to anyone serious about improving their fitness and overall well being. 💪✨

Kinitro Fitness is awesome. I’ve been training here for a bit and the atmosphere is great - it’s actually fun to show up. The trainers are super cool and don’t just treat me like some kid; they actually show me how to do everything the right way so I don’t get hurt and get stronger. Definitely the best spot if you’re my age and want to start lifting.

I’ve really enjoyed my training experience at Kinitro. I found this gym through Coach Em and quickly knew I wanted to become a member. The equipment is top of the line, and the workouts are both challenging and fun. They change regularly, so it never feels repetitive or boring. The coaches are incredible people who create a supportive and motivating environment. I’m truly happy to be a member of Kinitro and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to train.

My daughter has been training with John Ding at Kinitro Fitness for about a year, and the difference it’s made is incredible. She wrestles at the national level and is currently ranked 4th in the country, so we knew she needed more than just heavy lifting. Wrestling takes strength, but it also takes balance, coordination, and stability—and those aren’t things you always get from traditional lifting. John’s workouts have filled that gap. He focuses on functional fitness, really training her body in ways that carry over directly to the mat. Over the past year, I’ve watched her get stronger, more stable, and more confident in how she moves. That improvement has shown up in her competitions and has been a big part of her success. We’re so thankful for the time and effort John puts into his athletes. If you’re looking for training that actually translates into better performance in sports, Kinitro Fitness is the place to be!
