Most equipped, largest and best maintained CrossFit gym I’ve experienced! Happy place indeed! Iron Oak, it’s coaches, community keep me motivated to be a better version of myself each day. IO is where I keep my balance and health — physical and mental. Coaches are excellent in guiding the community/members into achieving their goals, are you there for a good strong healthy time or are you in it to make it to competitions? They’ll help with both. I enjoy the special events and competitions within the gym too!

Five-stars does not do Iron Oak justice. It is a 12 out of 10! A 12!!! I lucked into/got the privilege of being one of the single digit On Ramp grads at Iron Oak. Needless to say I have been a member on and off for over 9 years. It has always been a place of camaraderie and good vibes. The coaches always have the athletes best interest in mind and are upbeat and positive. The programming keeps the athletes on their toes, and I personally enjoy the different scaling options. It has a large indoor space with plenty of rig-space and varying weights, as well as men/women's dressing rooms and restrooms. I could go on an on, but I recommend checking it out for yourself.

Iron Oak CrossFit is amazing! Before I fully joined, I tried a few CrossFit boxes in the heights area and downtown Houston and Iron Oak was the best CrossFit box by far. The coaches and the community members are amazing. The facility is very big, clean, and they have several big fans that keep the area well ventilated during hot days. There is plenty of equipment and it’s all very well maintained. They have plenty of class times available for all sorts of schedules and they offer a 24/7 access option. The coaches are the very best, they are encouraging, friendly, and know their stuff. They give great feedback on form and modifications if needed. They regularly plan fun activities and challenges to keep the members engaged throughout the year. I have visited other boxes in different cities and states and the Iron Oak CrossFit coaches are the best by far. They also offer nutrition coaching. I highly, highly, highly recommend taking advantage of this option if you want to learn better eating and wellness habits. The coaches are amazing and genuinely care about helping you reach your fitness and wellness goals. I can’t say enough great things about Iron Oak. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a CrossFit gym.

Iron Oak is an awesome gym. I’ve been a member for over 8 years. The coaches are great and the facility is huge! All equipment is maintained in good working order and the facility is always clean. All workouts are led by certified coaches who never pressure you to do more weight or more reps and they make the classes a lot of fun. I highly recommend Iron Oak to anyone looking for instructor-led classes that have a great mix of programming.

I have been to quite a few crossfit gyms over years and Iron Oak is a step change from all other gyms. The coaches are very knowledgeable on proper lifting forms and always have positive vibes. The programming is very good as well. It is not random workouts like other gyms, but instead planned strength building week on week with workouts that compliment the strength selection each day. Last, the facility is MASSIVE and there is PLENTY of equipment for everyone. It's really nice that everyone has space and their own equipment for each workout. I highly recommend giving this gym and community a try!
