Just got a membership here, personally the best elite lifting gym for serious lifters. Amazing staff and a galore of free weights, machines and great recreation areas. This is the spot to lift some serious iron and an environment of like minded gym enthusiasts. 🤙

Top tier gym experience for sure. Staff is super friendly, members are as well. Almost never overcrowded like most gyms in the area. Equipment is well maintained. Sauna sits at 190°!. Nothing bad to say. 10/10

Been coming here for years. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The members are great too — serious about their fitness but welcoming to everyone. It’s a rare gym that feels both beginner-friendly and perfect for advanced lifters. Highly recommend.

I’ve been working out here since late December. Three days ago my iron was really low and I got sick in the bathroom. I called the front desk and spoke with AJ he got to me so fast with a water bottle, a protein bar and towel. He was genuine and caring.It may be intimidating at first but everyone helps one another by just a simple ask. This gym is more than just a gym buddy it’s a family. Thank you AJ. Appreciate you

Great gym!! Great amenities. Although the cold plunge needs to be cleaned more often then it is. And the rinse off before plunge needs to be more enforced. People will be dripping with sweat and get straight into the plunge 🤢 I’ve seen it happen TOOO MANY TIMES… Highly unsanitary. Music is perfect. Def gets you pumped up for a workout. It would be nice if the front desk had a google form signup sort of thing for song request. That would be a great addition for members 🤘🏾
