I couldn’t love this gym and the owners more! Nathalie and Ryan are just all around good humans and run a clean, friendly, welcoming but no nonsense gym fit for all fitness levels. The environment is top tier and the selection of equipment and toys is one of the best!!

Great gym with community for anyone starting and advancing their health/fitness journey. Open 24/7 Powerlifting cage, posing room, Glutes/Legs focused area, turf, women’s shower. Did I mention 24/7? For athletes by athletes (and anyone that wants to join the fun)💗

This gym is awesome! The owners Ryan and Nathalie run a well equipped clean gym. If you’re looking for a gym to call home and get great workouts then this is the place!

I have not been attending this gym for a full month yet (almost) but hands down this has been such an amazing gym so far. It has so many amazing equipment to choose from. At the times I am able to go it is never too busy. Everyone is friendly especially the staff. I think at first when I saw that body builders and talented people alike primarily worked out here I was a little nervous since I am not a professional or training for anything of the sorts. But no one has made me feel like I do not belong or like I don’t fit in. I truly am so grateful I was told about this gym. I have tried to find a place where a momma who is trying to find her groove and body back after kids is comfortable in working out and I have found that place. Thank you 🙏🏽

Broken equipment, dirty gym , puke at front door , one sided owner that can’t tell truth , yes I was ask not to come back but that not why writing review , it was a great place until it got way to crowded and now they can’t figure out how to handle it . There are good people there but also a lot of kids sitting around playing on phone or filming there pose in the weight area not the pose room ! As you see in photo this is how he handles his gym 🤔 he has no problem threatening you or leaving unprofessional notes around 😂 of course the owners are gonna say I wrote this review because they just kicked me out as you can see pictures say more than words find out for yourself. This is just a word of wisdom.
