I want to give a huge thank you to the incredible staff at EōS Gym, especially Cam, Sofia, Logan, Stephanie, Johnathan, both Damons, Conner, and Gabe. From the moment you walk in, there’s a genuine sense of welcome that never feels forced. Everyone treats members and complete strangers alike with the same kindness, respect, and professionalism. What really stands out is the consistency. No matter the day or time, the energy is positive, the teamwork is obvious, and the staff shows up for each other and for the members. You can tell this is a group that communicates well, supports one another, and takes pride in creating a truly five star experience. It’s rare to find a gym where the environment feels this encouraging and human. EōS has built something special, and the staff is the reason why. Thank you all for making the gym a place people actually want to be.

A friend of mine made the rude comment that “everyone working out here looks like they are on parole”. But you know what? Really like this gym. Great equipment. Especially EGYM. And there are massage chairs. One improvement that would SAVE THEM A LOT OF MONEY. Request everyone to use a towel on the equipment to protect against tearing and wear on the material. Towels protect against tearing. Good Hoist, free weights, Hammer. Recommended.

I’ve had a great experience at EōS Fitness - West Gray. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful with any questions or concerns. A special shoutout to the Front Desk Manager, Stephani — she consistently goes above and beyond to make members feel acknowledged and supported. One thing I really appreciate is that they greet me by my first name before I even check in. That level of attentiveness makes me feel valued and shows they truly recognize their regular members. It’s a small detail that makes a big difference. The facility itself is always clean, well-maintained, and organized. Towels are consistently stocked, and the overall environment feels professional and inviting. I definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a gym with both great energy and excellent customer

I joined in November, 2025 and had an issue with my membership. I tried talking to a couple of folks at the sales and training desks and was still unable to resolve it. Yesterday I decided to try and fix the issue again and I had the good fortunate to meet with Jonathan, the GM. He was friendly and super helpful. He actually took the time to explain why the issue was happening and then gave me a couple of options to resolve it to my satisfaction. Thank you Jonathan!!

Subject: Formal Complaint – Extended Shower Facility Outage To Management, I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the ongoing outage of the shower facilities at EōS Fitness. Members have now been without access to these facilities for nearly three weeks due to a reported water or pipe leak between the gym and the neighboring business, Marshalls. While maintenance issues are sometimes unavoidable, the primary concern lies in the lack of timely communication and transparency throughout this extended disruption. As paying members, many of us plan our workouts around work and daily responsibilities, relying on the full range of amenities—especially the showers. Unfortunately, there has been no consistent update, repair timeline, or estimated completion date provided. This uncertainty has created unnecessary inconvenience and frustration among members. At a minimum, members should reasonably expect: • Transparent and consistent communication regarding the repair progress. • An estimated timeline for when the showers will be operational again. • Regular updates when delays or new developments occur. Given that this issue has persisted for nearly three weeks, I respectfully request that management provide a clear status update, an expected completion date, and consideration of appropriate accommodations for members affected by the ongoing outage.
