Great place for a person looking for specialized equipment for maximum efficiency. I found this place looking for a gym with sprints on an Air-dyne (similar to a Rogue Echo, assault airBike) and dead lifts with a hex bar (trap bar). Rafael has this equipment and more including kettle bells, a versaclimber, a rower, a SkiErg...I will attach pictures in case you are looking for something specific. Rafael is very responsive by text and email for personal training, both for changing schedules and what you want to work on day to day and week to week. I recommend that you check him out to see if it is a good fit for you. Edit: 4 months later, still happy with my decision to make training a habit. Three things that I wanted to add to give you a flavor of the gym. 1. Rafael is not a “bro science” guy. In that I mean you can practice and discuss multiple training philosophies with him, and come to what works best for you. Then if something changes, he will help you make the adjustments. 2. Personal training helps with important details. We worked around a neck injury and he helped me correct technique issues that prevented future injuries and lost time. These are things that I never knew about in the past working out on my own. 3. I have seen great results with only 1 semi private session per week. That and I never get so sore that I cannot function the next day. Hope that additional info helps you all.

I’ve been working with Rafael for over two years, and I can’t recommend him enough! He is incredibly flexible with scheduling, which has been a huge help for me. His attention to posture correction has made a world of difference, ensuring I perform exercises safely and effectively. Every session is challenging but never overwhelming, and I always feel like I’m progressing without risking injury. Plus, he is professional, kind, and genuinely cares about helping you achieve your fitness goals. If you’re looking for a great trainer, Rafael is the one!

I’ve been working out with Rafel for several years now. He keeps you motivated without yelling. He is cognizant of injuries and willing to find exercises to work around. It is small groups but usually no more than 5 at a time and he always makes sure newbies get special attention and lower groups at first.
