Been here over a week. Clean place. Friendly staff. Ask for Blain he is very passionate and will spend time and answer all your questions. Check out the relax and recovery.. suffered and injury to my legs and its help me progress and allow me to work out and go to work. Alot of machines Huge place. Boxing cardio. All sorts of classes. In hot rooms. The chair I'm in is called the cryo lounge+ it heats and is cooled. For swelling and inflammation. Helps with blood flow. Come check it out. Good price for all it has. Hope you have a wonderful experience like I've had so far.

Honestly, as my first gym subscription I recommend it to anyone wanting to start hitting the gym. The staff here are always so nice and supportive of their members, and the environment is always so inviting and welcoming. Also they have a variety of machines to use. So definitely start your fitness journey at crunch!!

Crunch Fitness has an awesome team. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, and the management clearly cares about both the members and the gym environment. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it makes training here a great experience. Highly recom

Great environment! I come in at 5:30am and Eric at the front desk kindly welcomes everyone who walks in the door. All the trainers & staff have been so motivating! They’re doing a great job at setting the tone for the gym. There are minor things (members not picking up after themselves) that you’re going to find at any gym. The staff here are quick to resolve concerns and their cleanliness is GREAT!

I really like this gym overall. Luis helped me today with setting up the cryotherapy, and he was awesome super energetic, positive, and genuinely happy to help. The front desk staff is always friendly and willing to help. It never feels like a bother to ask questions, which I really appreciate. That said, my biggest complaint is the restrooms. They’re often filthy, and many times there’s no toilet paper in the stalls, which is frustrating and something that definitely needs improvement. On the positive side, I love the recovery amenities the red light therapy, infrared sauna, Human Touch massage chairs, and the hydro lounge chairs are great. I personally don’t care for tanning, but they do have three tanning rooms for those who enjoy it. One last small issue: I’m still waiting on the shirt I was promised when I signed up for my membership. Overall, it’s a gym I enjoy and keep coming back to, but better restroom maintenance would really make a big difference.
