I’ve been training at this CrossFit gym for over 5 years, and I can honestly say it has completely changed my life. Every single coach here goes above and beyond. They don’t just teach fitness, they help you overcome personal hurdles and celebrate every milestone along the way. Chris and Karla Duke are two of the most knowledgeable and generous people I’ve ever met, and their passion for what they do shows in everything about this gym. This place has become so much more than a workout spot for me . It’s my second home. The support, encouragement, and community they’ve built make you feel like family from day one. I’m forever grateful for the coaching, the friendships, and the cheerleading I’ve had here. If you’re looking for a gym where people truly care about you both inside and outside the workouts, this is it.

Dropped in at CrossFit South Belt during Thanksgiving week and had an amazing experience. The athletes and coaches were incredibly welcoming from the moment I walked in. The coaches are not only extremely knowledgeable, but also genuinely personal — they remembered my background and took the time to ask everyone about their week and what was going on in their lives. If you're thinking about starting CrossFit, I highly recommend beginning your journey at CrossFit South Belt. As someone originally from Pasadena, I honestly regret not starting here sooner. I’ll be coming back for drop-ins whenever I’m in town. Great people, great coaching, and an all-around great community.

Had a GREAT experience dropping in to Crossfit South Belt while I was in town for work. The coaching was top notch and everyone was super friendly and supportive. I definitely recommend dropping in if you’re visiting or if you’re looking to join a gym with a great community, look no further.
