Awesome place. Pleasure to work with. Got a full garage set up for cheap. Full squat rack with bench, 260 pounds of bumper plates, two barbells, and 20-55 dbs. Will go back

I was a bit skeptical of the place initially due to all the off reviews, but it seems they’re confusing the company CAP with this warehouse. Two completely different places. I decided to run over to grab some bumper plates for my setup at home. They have the full gambit of weights, sets, and multiple different types for each as well as a lot of other items. I was able to get in and out quickly and the staff was very helpful getting what I needed. Definitely worth the visit.

Absolutely Terrible – Avoid at All Costs I rarely write reviews, but this function trainer cable machine deserves a warning label. From the moment I set it up, it’s been one frustration after another. The movement is unbelievably stiff — it feels like I’m dragging a rusted anchor through sand every time I try to do a rep. Worse yet, the cable pops off the pulley mid-exercise, which is not just annoying — it’s dangerous. I’ve had to stop multiple workouts to re-thread the cable like it’s some kind of DIY project. Not what I signed up for. And let’s talk about the weight selector pin. You’d think inserting a pin into a hole would be a basic, functioning feature. But no — the holes aren’t even aligned properly. I have to wiggle, force, and sometimes hammer the pin just to change the weight, and even then, I’m not sure if it’s locked in or going to fall out the moment I start pulling. Save yourself the headache (and possible injury) — this machine is a poorly manufactured mess. Spend your money on something that actually works.
