Solid gym in downtown Houston at the Pennzoil. Not too crowded in the morning which can be a major problem with gyms that are located in a corporate area or play to a predominantly corporate audience. The locker rooms are pretty nice and they offer laundry service for an extra $5. The laundry service is not wash and fold, you just put your stuff in a mesh bag and then the bag is returned to you washed. Overall a great gym and a good deal for $75 a month. Only downside is the gym is closed on weekends, but considering the crowd they play to this should be expected.

Love working out at this gym. The staff are so friendly, the equipment is all in great condition, I've never seen it crowded. Big fan of the locker rooms, as it's very clean, but they are also stocked with all the amenities - from towels, to mouthwash, to shower gels, to spray-on deodorant, etc, etc. Can't recommend enough!

Was exactly what we needed for this last week. While not a huge space, there was space enough to get in that hr workout. Change rooms are very spacious. And free coffee was a nice gesture. Thanks again 711 Fit.

I have a small gym at my condo building, but it's busy when I need to use it, so a trainer I used to work with suggested a couple of public gyms to check out near my place. The first thing that sold me on 711 Fit was that Todd responded to my inquiry quickly. There's another gym I still haven't heard from 7 months later as I write this review. He addressed my simple requests for what I was looking for in a gym (some amenities I don't need since I live a couple of blocks away), and provided pricing upfront, as well as provided their cancellation policy. When I went in to sign up, I was greeted by a friendly and professional young man. He made sure everything Todd and I had spoken about via email was correct on my account. Even at the end of the day, the gym was very clean and organized, and it wasn't overly crowded, which I feared would be the case right after work. It's really been the best choice.
